This Arido Award winning project's business objective behind this new design was to un-silo the teams and encourage more cross-pollination of ideas. SGH partnered with Herman Miller to identify the specific “modes of work” most beneficial to the employees and designed the space with the correct balance of collaboration and private areas to suit their needs. The result is a welcoming, dynamic workplace with a high concentration of varied collaboration spaces. Featured in the plan is a large training room and “welcome” break out area that will function for company wide town halls. Geometric area rug by W STUDIO.
